Hospitality Relief Proof of Purchase Upload

Once you have registered for the Dine-Aglow Diablo Hospitality Relief program, you need to upload your Proof of Purchase(s) to us for approval and to receive your $3 per case rebate. Acceptable forms of Proof of purchase is a copy of distributor reports, or copies of paid invoices or a copy of a receipt that depicts proof of purchase and payment.
