How do I qualify for the Dine-Aglow Diablo Hospitality Relief?

To qualify for the $2 Hospitality Relief product rebate(s) you must register your company online by filling out the Hospitality Relief Registration Form located on this page. IT IS FREE TO REGISTER.

Once registered, every case of our product(s) that you purchase will be eligible for a $2 hospitality relief rebate. Only one rebate per case is allowed. Individuals DO NOT qualify for this Program, only companies or corporate business can apply. This Rebate Promotion DOES NOT apply to existing contracts/POD’s.

How do I submit my proof of purchase?

How long does it take to receive my relief payment?

You will receive a check usually within 45-days or less after receipt of your proof of purchase(s).

Is there a limited on the amount of relief rebates I can redeem?

No, there is no limit to the amount of redemptions. Redeem as many Relief Rebates as you can from the time your register until Decemeber 31, 2021. Only one rebate per case is allowed.

What if my distributor does not carry your products?

What are acceptable forms for Proof of Purchase?

Proof of purchase must be shown in the form of distributor reports, or distributor invoices or a store receipt that depicts proof of purchase. These documents can be submitted digitally via email or through the upload link on this page.

Do all Dine-Aglow Diablo products count as part of the $2 per case Hospitality Relief program?

All of our case products are included in this special Hospitality Relief program. This includes all chafing fuel case products, disposable liquid wax case products, solid wax candles case products, hand sanitizer case products and ProxiPure disinfectant case products. The only exception to this promotion is our item# DHBG100 (Butane Cooking Fuel Canister)

When does the Hospitality Relief program end?

The Hospitality Relief program expires 12/31/2021, all purchases must be made before 12/31/2021. Proof of Purchase submission will be accepted until February 28, 2022.
